Idalia Leszczyńska

sexologist, psychologist and psychodynamic psychotherapist

is a graduate of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities with a specialization in Clinical Psychology and a comprehensive postgraduate Psychotherapy Course accredited by the Polish Psychiatric Association, of which she is a member. She gained professional experience while working at the Clinical Psychiatric Ward of the 5th Military Clinical Hospital in Krakow and at the Private Addiction Therapy Center „Wiosenna”, where she conducted group therapy for addicts and their families, as well as at the Psychotherapy Department of the University Hospital in Krakow, where she carried out individual therapy. For several years, she has been conducting individual psychotherapy for adults. She also worked at the Vadimed Mental Health Clinic, offering treatment within the public health care system (NFZ). She is currently in training as a Clinical Sexologist at the SWPS University.

She has been a member of the team of the Synapsa Psychotherapy Center since 2014.

Her working methods are based on the psychodynamic approach. She specializes in the therapy of adults in the field of neuroses, personality disorders, psychosomatic disorders, behavioral disorders, stress-related disorders and life crises. She also conducts psychotherapy and psychological consultations in English (native speaker).
